As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking a talented Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and presentable Sales Coordinator with exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in sales coordination, particularly within the real estate sector. This role requires an individual who can effectively support the sales team, manage sales operations, and ensure a seamless sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and coordinating meetings.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses to support the sales process.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records with accuracy.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of projects.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Monitor and manage sales-related activities to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Assist in organizing sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Track sales performance metrics and provide insights to the sales team and management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Presentable and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary package up to INR 8,00,000 per annum.
