As they continue to expand, they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) for Sales to join their dynamic team.
Job Summary: We are seeking a polished and dynamic Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Sales with exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales management, particularly within the real estate sector, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker and strong leader who can inspire the sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences, enhancing the firm’s reputation and network.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior sales role, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Presentable and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel within Noida region as required.
