As they continue to expand, they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager (GM) – Marketing to lead their marketing efforts.
Job Summary: We are seeking a polished and dynamic General Manager (GM) – Marketing with exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marketing management, particularly within the real estate sector. This role requires a strategic thinker and strong leader who can develop and execute effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s projects and brand across Delhi NCR.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
- Oversee all marketing activities including digital marketing, advertising, PR, events, and promotions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Presentable and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel within the Delhi NCR region as required.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary package up to INR 35,00,000 per annum.
