As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a skilled Assistant General Manager (AGM) for Sales.

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and presentable Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Sales with exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales, particularly within the real estate sector, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead the sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a senior sales role, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Presentable and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the Delhi NCR region as required.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary package up to INR 12,00,000 per annum.
