As they continue to grow, they are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Pre-Sales Telecaller to join their team.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and presentable Pre-Sales Telecaller with exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in pre-sales telecalling, specifically within the real estate sector. This role requires an individual who can effectively handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and support the sales team in achieving their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound pre-sales calls to prospective clients.
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Provide detailed information about the company’s projects and offerings to potential clients.
- Follow up with leads to ensure they progress through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and current information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of leads.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns from potential clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Prepare and present daily/weekly reports on lead status and follow-up outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the real estate market and the company’s projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pre-sales telecalling, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Presentable and professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary package up to INR 6,00,000 per annum.
