As they continue to grow, they are seeking a skilled Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Job Summary: We are looking for a polished and personable Guest Relations Executive (GRE) with exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in guest relations, preferably within the real estate or hospitality sector. This role requires an individual who can effectively manage client interactions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the client journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Coordinate client appointments, meetings, and property visits.
- Provide information about the company’s projects, amenities, and services to clients.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously.
- Assist in organizing and hosting client events, open houses, and property tours.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote properties and generate leads.
- Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to provide relevant information to clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Guest Relations Executive or similar role, preferably in real estate or hospitality.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
- Knowledge of multiple languages will be an advantage.
