Job Summary: We are seeking a polished and dynamic Senior Sales Coordinator (AGM) with exceptional communication skills and extensive experience in sales coordination. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, managing sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a strategic thinker who can effectively coordinate sales activities and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings.
- Handle inbound and outbound communication with clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate information.
- Coordinate and follow up on sales leads and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Organize and manage sales events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of projects.
- Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing necessary administrative assistance.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales coordination, with at least 3 years in a senior sales role, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Presentable and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
