As they continue to expand, they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) for Sales to join their dynamic team.

Job Summary: We are seeking a presentable and dynamic Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Sales with exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales management, particularly within the real estate sector, and a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker and strong leader who can inspire the sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences, enhancing the firm’s reputation and network.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior sales role, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Presentable and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the Noida region as required.

Compensation:
